Third-Party Reseller Tickets: Everything you need to know
We're here to help you get to the events you want most, even if we're not the main ticket provider. That's why we list resale tickets from trusted sellers on our platform. All third-party ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
Why did my shipping method change?
Delivery methods are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes prior to delivery and any shipping costs incurred upon delivery will be refunded.
I still haven't received my tickets. What do I have to do?
Your tickets must be available on the date specified in your purchase confirmation email. If this date has passed and you have not received an email about the availability of your tickets, please contactfan support.
When purchasing tickets for third-party events, you may be required to locate and accept the tickets on the original purchaser's non-Ticketmaster website or application.
Why can't I see the seat numbers on my ticket order?
Once your tickets are delivered, you will be able to see your seat numbers. If you purchased multiple seats, the numbers will all appear together.
My name is not on my resale tickets. Can I still participate in the event?
Yes, the name on the ticket is the original purchaser's name. You can still participate in the event. It is the barcode that is needed to access.
After purchasing your tickets, a trusted seller transfers them directly to you from the original ticket provider's application. Since the original ticket provider is a third party, you need to install the app and create an account to access your tickets.
When can my mobile tickets be viewed?
Varies according to the event. Once the seller transfers your tickets, you will receive an email from the original ticket provider and/or Ticketmaster. This email will notify you that your tickets are available and will provide instructions on how to view them.
How can I see my tickets from the original ticket provider?
As each ticket provider is unique, we've compiled information on a few providers below:
- Please create an AXS account with the same email address you used to purchase these tickets from Ticketmaster.
- Request your tickets in the email you received from AXS.
- Install the AXS app before your event.
- Your phone is your ticket - use the app at the gate to board.
- To chooseaccept ticketsin the email you received from SeatGeek.
- Create a SeatGeek account with the same email address you used to purchase these tickets from Ticketmaster.
- Once logged in, selectaccept the transfer.
- Install the SeatGeek app before your event. Your phone is your ticket - use the app at the gate to board.
- Open or download the MLB Ballpark app.
- Log in or create an account using the same email address associated with the Ticketmaster account you used to purchase your tickets. You may need to verify the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account in order to associate the address with your MLB account.
- To confirm your email address, clickConfirm Email Addressor accessing your profile in the application and clicking on itEmails from my MLB account.
- Tap the ticket icon on the bottom tab to see your tickets in your wallet.
If you can't see your tickets in the app, look for an email from MLB with a link to accept your tickets.
- To chooseaccept ticketsin the email you received from the original ticket provider.
- If prompted, enter the same email address used to purchase these tickets from Ticketmaster.
- Create an account or sign in to an existing account. Tickets are in your cart with $0 credit.
- To accept the entries, selectBoxand soonMake your wish.
- You will receive a link to your entries in another email. Open the link to download your mobile tickets. Your phone is your ticket: you scan it directly at the entrance.
What happens if my entire group is not with me when I want to join?
To make it easier, you can transfer tickets to all members of your group before the event. That's how:
- Log in to the original ticket provider's account and search for the tickets for the event you want to transfer.
- If available, selecttransfer.
- Select the tickets you want to transfer.
- Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address, an optional note, and phone number. All recipients must have an account with the original ticket provider. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one. Make sure they sign up with the same email address the tickets were transferred to.
- Confirm your ticket transfer.
How can I view and download my PDF tickets?
Once your PDF tickets are available, Ticketmaster will send you an email with instructions on how to view them. You can access your PDF tickets on yourticketmaster account– They will not be emailed to you. Your PDF tickets are mobile or home-printed tickets. Be sure to check which method is required to enter your event.
To use each PDF ticket type:
1. Log in to yourMy account.
2. Select your order and tapshow tickets.
3. Your phone is your ticket - scan the app right at the entrance to gain entry.

What shipping options do I have and how much does it cost?
Orders can take up to two days to process. Delivery times are based on the day the order is shipped and not the day the order is placed. All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Post Office Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

How can I check my order status or track my order?
If you want to check the status of your order, log in to yourticketmaster account, select your order and one of the following status updates will appear:
- no course, which means your order is being processed. The screen will show the estimated date you will receive your order.
- accomplished, which means your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply selecttrack your orderthe visitUPS.comand enter the tracking number provided in the Ticket Delivery section.
I did not receive my tickets via UPS on the date indicated or within 48 hours of my event. What do I have to do?
Your tickets must be available and ready by the date specified in your purchase confirmation email. If this date has passed and you have not received an email about the availability of your tickets, please contactfan support.
How do I enter a delivery address for UPS delivery?
We will ship your tickets to the billing address you used when purchasing your tickets. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid mailing address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Post Office Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
How do I change my shipping address for UPS shipping if it has already shipped?
Please contact us as soon as possible via Fan Support, indicating your order number and your preferred shipping address. If possible, we will redirect the package to your desired address in time for your event.
My event was cancelled. How do I get a refund on Classic Hardstock tickets?
If your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you must return your tickets to the Ticketmaster address below. We recommend that you send them by certified mail or another carrier that can provide proof of delivery. Once we receive the tickets, we will refund the full amount of the tickets and send them to the seller for a refund from the original ticket provider.
